Which is better for my driveway: resin bound or block paving?
The right choice depends on the finish you like, your budget, maintenance preferences and the site conditions. We discuss samples, paving patterns, edging and the base and drainage requirements during your survey. Compare the complete installation rather than the surface price alone.
Can you resurface my existing driveway instead of replacing it?
That depends on the condition of the existing base, levels and drainage. We inspect the driveway before recommending whether any part can be retained. A new finish will not resolve movement or drainage problems underneath it, so preparation is included in the discussion and written quote.
What should a driveway installation quote include?
Compare the measured area, chosen surface, excavation, base preparation, edging, drainage and waste removal. Ask what is included, what is excluded and how VAT is treated. Our site survey allows us to provide a written quotation for the work proposed at your property.
Can you help with a small driveway or a new parking layout?
Yes. We assess the available space and discuss vehicle access, opening car doors, access to the house and moving bins. Bring your priorities and preferred finishes to the survey so the layout can be considered alongside the surface choice.
When can I park on my new driveway?
The timing depends on the surface, installation system and site conditions. We provide guidance for your particular driveway at handover, including when it can be used and how to care for it. Do not assume every driveway finish is ready for vehicles at the same time.
